http://www.joggles.com/ has 2 video tutorials on painting lace with Dynaflow and one other paint that I didn't have. I've painted lace with the dyes for that, but with paint you don't have to worry about the type of lace. It seems to work on anything.
A friend gave me some laces; some I bought; and some are leftovers from when my adult daughter was little, and I was putting them on dresses I sewed for her.

Wow, you have a fabulous stash of lace and now it is all beautifully colored. While all the colors are gorgeous the top one grabs me the most.
A lovely collection!
Fabulous colours Sandy
Really beautiful, Sandy!
Heavens they are so fabulous it will be hard to know where to start, when you do decide what to do!lol
I've done this before, and it's awesome! It's also fun to take colored lace (like black) and add embellishments to it with opaque metallic fabric paint... I used some for a vest's "epaulets" a while back and it was quite effective. Fun fun stuff!!!
The colours are gorgeous! What a wonderful lace stash and I'm eager to see what you create!
Oh, so pretty!

This was posted 7 years ago. So I guess you have created some lovely things with this lace. I wonder how it would work on vintage clothes or aprons. I must try this.
You cam add lace to fibre art and yours is gorgeous!!!! Look for woodlands fairy journals on Pinterest
