This is my April Journal Quilt for http://www.beadjournalproject.com/
The center is a marbled scrap leftover from when two of us in Southern California had a business of marbling fabrics . The shiny green is a silk scrap my Sister-in-law in Germany gave me. Some of the buttons are from my Grandmother's button box. I like recycling things.

I love that some of the fabric pieces have "history"! This is a lovely beaded quilt you've made :-)
I love to use fabrics that have memories, most of my quilts have fabric off cuts that have been used in something else, so everything has a connection.
Love it! The story of each component adds so much too. (I wish I still had my mother's old button jar!)
Very pretty in all shades of green and special memory-making embellishments!
