Shopping

A friend and I went shopping on Friday-all the important places-yarn and fabric stores. This is what I brought home as well as a book on needle felting. The hand painted rayon ribbon was even in the clearance bin. How could I resist? The roving is from a new to us yarn store -Abundant Yarns -that has a nice selection of roving as well as lots of yarns and even a cafe where we had lunch. It was a special day.

Oooooh! I want to go shopping with you. Yummy stuff there. I keep buying roving, but never seem to make the time to learn needlefelting properly.

Score on that rayon yarn. When I looked at your green book, I thought it was one of those braided chains that I made with gum wrappers when I was a kid. LOL

What gorgeous shopping - I shall have to remember how I found you so I can call again to see what you do with it. I love the textured book covers on your earlier post.
