Show

While running errands on Friday, I found myself close to the Meeting of the Guilds show in Portland, Oregon. This is once a year and features pottery, woodworking, weavers, beaders, and glass artists.I was just wondering around getting inspiration-I'm not much of a shopper-and found a booth of a glass artist who had lots of these glass pieces in a plastic pan for picking through. That's my kind of shopping-treasure hunting. I picked the quarter sized ones for jewelry so they wounldn't be too heavy and stopped when I couldn't hold anymore! Now to use them.

Oh my goodness, these are so pretty. I love anything made of glass, and I can see them being great embellishments for my dolls as well. I'll be watching for them on your jewelry!

I think they would look great as a focal point with a beaded bezel.
