Here is January. I used some abalone that a friend gave me when we were being transfer from middle to southern California, so the piece will remind me of her. The beads form the waves around the shells.

Oh I love this piece. Its very mysterious, ethereal. Very pleasing to look at and study. Julie C
Gorgeous piece, sandy....is the background fabric something you painted/dyed yourself...it works so well with the abalone pieces.
What a lovely piece Sandy, like looking down into a rock pool.
Beautiful, flowing, peaceful, ethereal (great word, Julie) design and colors. Reminds me a little of one of your BJP pieces from last year. I could look at this one all day long!
Did you ever decide about your September piece? If I remember correctly it's the orangish one that looked great either horizontal or vertical. I think your pieces will really look beautiful all together, with their deep, rich colors and enigmatic designs!!
