These are the wonderful butterflies sent to me by my friend Catherine to use in my work. They are machine embroidered lace done on Angelina. I have so many ideas on how to use them. Now to decide.
This is the quiltie I received from Jan www.embroidery.org.uk as an exchange in the group Unlimited Textiles. The photo doesn't do it justice. It just shimmers.
Jan also included a small notebook-I love little books-and purple beads. I need bead soup for a class I'm taking this fall, so this is perfect. I like purple.
