I'm still playing with that motif/quilt block that I drew.I wanted to see what would happen with stripes, so first I did it with one set of stripes and a solid.
Then I repeated it with 2 sets of stripes. I like the effect, but there are a lot of seam allowances to see through.
These are great and I can't wait to see where you take the design next.

ReplyDeleteVery nice. I like both. The top one is so vibrant and I love how the angle and stripes work together. The second one is one where your eyes aren't sure which fabric is suppose to come to the foreground. I think the second one would make a lovely tile pattern.
